Section 06 — About IGC

Built to go beyond the exam.

Institute of Global Careers (IGC) is an education and career-development organisation working to identify, nurture, and prepare young talent for real-world success. Marks alone don't capture a student's true potential — so IGC bridges classroom learning and career-readiness through structured assessments, skill-development programs, career-awareness initiatives, and industry-oriented learning.

The goal is one connected ecosystem that carries students from school all the way to a global career — guided at every stage, not just graded at the end. The IGC Junior Talent Exam is where that journey begins.

  • Discover earlySpot hidden talent before it's overlooked.
  • Think, don't memoriseReasoning and problem-solving over rote learning.
  • Equal opportunityThe same platform, regardless of school or background.
  • Real pathwaysGuidance toward genuine career direction, not just a rank.
  • Global-readyBuilding a generation of ethical, innovative, globally competitive learners.
